Vijay is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of building successful businesses delivering enterprise-class solutions. Before starting Cygilant, he founded AppIQ, an application storage resource management provider acquired by Hewlett Packard in October 2005, and WebManage Technologies, a policy-driven content delivery solution provider acquired by Network Appliance in August 2000.
Vijay is the co-owner of five patents for the architecture and design of the WebManage Content Delivery system, Adaptive Policy Engine, and SLA Management. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and instrumentation as well as an MBA and post-MBA degrees from Baruch College in New York. He completed Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School and is a HBS Alumni.
Christina M. Lattuca
Christina joined Cygilant in 2009 as Corporate Controller. She has more than 15 years of financial management expertise developing and implementing financial planning, controls, and reporting for high-tech companies. Previously, she served at Ecora Software Corporation (acquired by Versata, Inc.) as Director of Finance. She played an instrumental role in the company’s acquisition, actively contributing to investor meetings, and preparing financial due diligence documents.
She has held positions as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for Cedar Point Communications, Segue Software (acquired by Borland Software) and Network Plus Corporation (acquired by Broadview Networks), responsible for the development of company forecasts, long-range planning, annual operating plans, and management reporting.
As Vice President of Products and Solutions at Cygilant, Mike Cote brings more than twenty years of high tech engineering and product development as well as a proven track record of building high performance teams. Most recently as Vice President of Engineering at both Veracode and Cigital, Mike led teams that defined and delivered security products as SaaS offerings. Mike has more than 10 years of experience in security offerings that include security information event management, network security, and static and binary analysis.
As Vice President of Sales at Cygilant, TJ brings more than 16 years of technology sales leadership in go-to-market roles at a number of fast growing software companies. Most recently as Vice President of Sales at Cryptzone, he managed offices in London and Boston for the Cybersecurity firm and helped lead a successful acquisition to Cyxtera in 2017. Prior to that, he built and managed sales programs, operations and strategy for top performing sales teams at Rapid7, Citrix and Cisco Systems.
David is responsible for Cygilant’s worldwide marketing - strategy, execution and sales support. He has more than 20 years of experience at technology startup companies, leading to four company acquisitions and a public offering. David has held several senior marketing positions, including VP of Marketing at Intigua, Cambridge Technology Enterprises, and smartShift Technologies; Director of Marketing at Cyxtera, CA Technologies, and Chordiant, and Consultant at Xamarin, Novell, and Symantec. David holds a BSBA from Boston University.
Kerin brings more than 20 years of expertise building Global Support and Services Teams with a record of delivering first class customer experiences. As the Director of Customer Experience, she leads Cygilant’s customer-facing delivery teams, and manages customer advocacy through the organization’s Voice of Customer program.
Previously in her role as Support Operations Manager at Sophos, she empowered her teams to provide impactful value helping to generate a material support services business. Kerin also held other senior roles within Sophos that spanned Customer Care, Channel Sales and Strategic Account Management.
A technology industry veteran, Jay brings more than 18 years of operational and engineering experience to Cygilant. Jay co-founded and served as Vice President of Operations for WebManage Technologies and founded Hyperzine Communications, a leading photography, video, and consumer electronics magazine acquired by Photo HiWay in 1999. Jay has also had a wide range of responsibilities at Hachette Filipacchi Magazines.
Jay earned an MBA and Master’s degree in Communication and Protocol Analysis from the University of New Haven, Connecticut.
