Vijay is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of building successful businesses delivering enterprise-class solutions. Before starting Cygilant, he founded AppIQ, an application storage resource management provider acquired by Hewlett Packard in October 2005, and WebManage Technologies, a policy-driven content delivery solution provider acquired by Network Appliance in August 2000.
Vijay is the co-owner of five patents for the architecture and design of the WebManage Content Delivery system, Adaptive Policy Engine, and SLA Management. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and instrumentation as well as an MBA and post-MBA degrees from Baruch College in New York. He is currently enrolled in the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School.
As Vice President of Products and Solutions at Cygilant, Mike Cote brings more than twenty years of high tech engineering and product development as well as a proven track record of building high performance teams. Most recently as Vice President of Engineering at both Veracode and Cigital, Mike led teams that defined and delivered security products as SaaS offerings. Mike has more than 10 years of experience in security offerings that include security information event management, network security, and static and binary analysis.
As Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Cygilant, Dick Faulkner brings more than twenty years of exceptional high-tech sales leadership experience and a proven track record of building high-performance sales teams. As Vice President of Sales and Channels of the Americas for Sophos, Inc., he was instrumental in leading the sales team to sustained annual bookings in excess of $100 million while building a world-class sales and channel organization. Previously he was the Vice President of Sales and Channel Sales in the Americas for Hexis Cyber Solutions (a wholly owned subsidiary of The KEYW Holding Corporation – NASDAQ: KEYW), an automated threat remediation platform. He also held senior leadership positions at Genuity Solutions, GTE Internetworking, and BBN Planet. Over the course of his career, Dick has established a reputation for building high-performing sales and channel organizations that focus on adding value by uniquely addressing customer needs.
Christina M. Lattuca
Christina joined Cygilant in 2009 as Corporate Controller. She has more than 15 years of financial management expertise developing and implementing financial planning, controls, and reporting for high-tech companies. Previously, she served at Ecora Software Corporation (acquired by Versata, Inc.) as Director of Finance. She played an instrumental role in the company’s acquisition, actively contributing to investor meetings, and preparing financial due diligence documents.
She has held positions as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for Cedar Point Communications, Segue Software (acquired by Borland Software) and Network Plus Corporation (acquired by Broadview Networks), responsible for the development of company forecasts, long-range planning, annual operating plans, and management reporting.
As Chief People Officer at Cygilant, Bob Quinn brings more than twenty years of experience building and implementing people strategies across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Operations, Systems, and Learning and Development within the software industry. Bob has a proven track record of enabling companies to achieve business objectives by developing innovative initiatives that drive performance and engagement across organizations. Prior to Cygilant, Bob served as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Operations at Intralinks, Inc. During his tenure at Intralinks, Bob led teams that drove global headcount growth of more than 60% and global expansion into new markets in Europe and Asia, contributing to 30% revenue growth. A technology industry veteran, Jay brings more than 18 years of operational and engineering experience to Cygilant. Jay co-founded and served as Vice President of Operations for WebManage Technologies and founded Hyperzine Communications, a leading photography, video, and consumer electronics magazine acquired by Photo HiWay in 1999. Jay has also had a wide range of responsibilities at Hachette Filipacchi Magazines.
Jay earned an MBA and Master’s degree in Communication and Protocol Analysis from the University of New Haven, Connecticut.
