Rob is the CEO of Cygilant Inc. A 30-year technology industry veteran, Rob was named by Ernst & Young as its Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002. He started his career as a Formula 1 race car driver, which inspired his passion for building high potential companies at a rapid pace. Rob launched his first start-up at age 25 and has since helped grow seven start-up companies and lead two corporate restarts in his career in leadership roles.
Rob has steered the helm of several technology companies as President and CEO. Recently, he served as CEO of Bradford Networks, a network security company acquired by Fortinet. Previously he was CEO of Clique Intelligence, a software platform for data sharing and collaboration technologies. In 2008, Rob was appointed Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at HP ProCurve Networking through its 2008 acquisition of Colubris Networks, where he helped the company ascend to a prominent position in the wireless LAN industry as President and CEO.
Matthew has worked at several private equity firms in the U.S. and Europe. He is also an entrepreneur. His deal and board experience is concentrated in growth equity investments, but also has experience in leveraged buyouts and restructuring. Before founding Arrowroot Capital, Matthew was a Managing Director and Head of the Acquisitions Team at Actua Corp. (NASDAQ: ACTA; fka ICG Group). While at Actua, Matthew was a lead or active investor and board member of several companies including MSDSonline (nka VelocityEHS), Parchment, Instamed, and InvestorForce (acquired by NYSE: MSCI). He was also an investment committee member of Rittenhouse Ventures, an early stage VC based in Philadelphia. Prior to Actua, Matthew worked in the technology group at TA Associates in the Boston and London offices. During his tenure, Matthew was an active investor, including board meeting attendance with: Creditex (acquired by IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE)), Smartstream Technologies (acquired by Dubai International Financial Centre), and OpenLink Financial (acquired by the Carlyle Group). Prior to TA Associates, Matthew worked at Platinum Equity in Los Angeles, where he was involved with Platinum’s investment in Broadspire Services (acquired by Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRD.B)). Matthew was also the co-founder of Quewey, a digital media company based in Philadelphia. Matthew received a M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Boston College.
Thomas is a Vice President at Arrowroot. His primary responsibilities include sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management. Prior to Arrowroot, Thomas worked at Pacific Crest Securities in their software investment banking group and at B. Riley & Co. in their generalist investment banking group.
Thomas currently sits on the board of MedNet Solutions and serves as a board observer for ServiceAide, ICIX, Cygilant, and Zift Solutions.

Chuck leads all Sales, Marketing and Customer Success efforts at Arrowroot Capital, conducting operational due diligence, sitting on Boards of Directors and partnering with portfolio company leadership teams to accelerate revenue growth and drive operational excellence.
Chuck has more than 20 years of progressive business experience in B2B, B2C, start up, mid-stage and large organizations both public and private. Prior to joining Arrowroot Capital, Chuck was the Vice President of Sales at VelocityEHS, a cloud-based enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform company, which he joined in December of 2007 and subsequently led the sales function through two exits, Actua Corporation, (March 2012) and CVC Growth Capital, (December 2017). Prior to VelocityEHS, Chuck held numerous leadership roles across several functions for companies like W.W. Grainger and the Wurth Group. Chuck holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from Columbia College.
